How long does shipping take?
Our current estimated delivery window is 4–11 business days after order confirmation, including preparation, inspection, and transit. Standard shipping is free to all 50 U.S. states. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.
How does the 30-Day Trial work?
Request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. The watch must be in like-new, resalable condition with its original packaging and included accessories. Personalized items may be excluded when clearly identified before purchase. See our full Return Policy for instructions and exceptions.
What does the 2-Year Limited Warranty cover?
It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for two years from delivery. It does not cover normal wear, accidents, misuse, water exposure beyond the stated rating, unauthorized repairs, loss, or theft. See the full warranty for claim instructions and state-specific rights.
